Joelon Fincher is an accomplished Corporate/Commercial Lawyer with a comprehensive background in corporate law, commercial litigation, and advisory services. Admitted as a legal practitioner in the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Joelon holds an LLM from the Australian National University with a focus on international law and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Studies from Flinders University, South Australia.

Currently serving as a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer (Associate) at Boettcher Law, Joelon provides a full range of corporate law services with a focus on private equity transactions (M&As), corporate fundraising, shareholders agreements, licence agreements and service agreements. This includes both national and international while advising on and drafting documents in areas such as corporate advisory, asset sales and business sales, capital raising and equity debts, loan and financial documents, security documents, asset protection and restructuring, share sale agreements, taxation, and data and privacy. Joelon has advised on banking and finance loan documents for complex investment schemes, structured unit trust investment schemes, and provided advice to mining companies on share structures, IP rights, and joint ventures. Joelon also regularly advises on, and drafts, share sale agreements, shareholder agreements, corporate compliance and technical taxation issues (GST and stamp duty).
